The Villages of Palmetto Pointe
Palmetto Pointe is located just north of the intersection of Hwy 170 and Hwy 46 on the west side of Bluffton. The is a practical location being about 30 minutes from Hilton Head, Savannah, and Beaufort for work and play. There three styles of homes within The Villages of Palmetto Pointe.

The single family homes are know for having larger rooms, especially on the second floor. Rounded drywall corners, partial spray foam insulation, and a little more architectural details on the exterior of the homes.
There are two separate community pools located in The Villages of Palmetto Pointe. One is for the single family homeowners and another for the Towns (townhomes and patio homes). There is also a playground that is shaded by live oaks.

What's Nearby
There is a Publix grocery just off the community's southern entrance. There are additional retail shops and restaurants at May River Crossing. Pritchardville Elementary School is also just outside the Palmetto Pointe. There are plenty of choices within a 10-15 minute drive for restaurants, entertainment, and shopping.
