Pinewood's homes are single-family homes built primarily in the early-to-mid 1980s. Most are one-story floor plans of roughly 1,300 to 1,500 square feet, typically three bedrooms and two baths. Lots average close to half an acre, which leaves room for yards, gardens, or a future addition or outbuilding, subject to zoning, setbacks, and permitting.
Because the homes are more than 40 years old, condition varies from house to house. Some have been renovated and others are closer to original, so expect updates and condition, more than floor plan, to drive most price differences in Pinewood.
