I've lived in the SC Lowcountry since December 1996, and Victoria Square is one of the neighborhoods I point out to buyers who want a gated community with on-site boat storage and are comfortable with stairs in their home. The mid-island location is genuinely convenient, close enough to the beach for a quick bike ride and close enough to Shelter Cove and the mid-island shopping and dining for everyday errands.
The central lagoon gives the community an established neighborhood feel, and the on-site boat and RV storage is a feature you don't find in very many smaller Hilton Head communities.
