Woodbridge is a great community with a neighborhood feel.  If being in a gated community or a golf community isn't important to you, than Woodbridge would be a great choice for you.  This Craftbuilt community offers larger lots, winding streets, a park area with lagoon and gazebo, boat/RV storage.  One and two-story homes range from 1,300sf to over 3,000sf.  Located at the north end of Buckwalter Parkway, the neighborhood is close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.  The homeowners' fees are $637.46 per year.  Woodbridge is an ideal community if you want to be close to downtown Bluffton, but also near Hilton Head, Beaufort and Savannah.

Berkeley Place is across Buckwalter Parkway and a block down.  There is a movie theater, multiple restaurants, and specialty shops.  A Super Kroger and Publix are less than a mile away.  There are many restaurants, shops, medical in the same complex.
